Helping Owners Build Valuable Businesses

Hands-on business strategies and execution.

I help B2B industrial and manufacturing companies stop being the best-kept secret in their industry.

For over two decades, I’ve helped business owners lead more confidently, build systems that scale, and grow companies with clear, repeatable strategies.

Today, through my work at B2Btail, I focus on helping businesses clarify their marketing, align their internal teams, and create a digital presence that actually drives results.

Here’s how I do it:

1. Marketing Clarity for Real-World Results

Most B2B businesses struggle to explain what they do in a way that resonates. I help them fix that.
Using the Digital Game Plan (DGP) framework, we help leaders and their internal marketing teams clearly articulate value, speak to customer pain points, and build content that attracts qualified leads.

2. Training and Systems for Internal Teams

Instead of outsourcing everything, I help companies train their internal teams to own their marketing.
We provide step-by-step systems, implementation support, and coaching that turns overwhelmed solo marketers into confident, equipped professionals ready to execute the plan.

3. A Practical, No-Fluff Approach to Growth

With roots in operations, finance, and leadership, I don’t bring generic marketing theory—I bring real-world strategy.
I’ve built and led investor-owned companies. I’ve helped owners dramatically increase the value of their businesses. Now, I focus that experience on helping B2B companies build systems that create marketing momentum and long-term impact.

4. Community and Ecosystem Alignment

Whether it’s working alongside associations, SBDCs, or manufacturing extension partnerships, I believe in building stronger ecosystems.
That’s why B2Btail offers not just tools and training—but a supportive community where internal marketers and business leaders grow together.

If you’re ready to build marketing that works, without having to become a marketing agency, I’d love to connect.
